One of the highlights of the recently concluded fiesta celebration of Brgy Yati was the search for Binibining Yati 2019 and Little Miss Yati 2019, in cooperation with Team Viva Events, under Mr. Jerome Taneo.

10 candidates for Little Miss Yati 2019 and 12 candidates for Binibining Yati 2019 showcased their talents last August 15, 2019 and August 16, 2019, respectively.

Ms. Uleah S. Avila was crowned Binibining Yati 2019 and Kiara Marie M. Lamparas as Little Miss Yati 2019.

With the success and effort of all candidates and Team Viva Events, a turnover of blessing for both Brgy Yati and San Roque Parish Church came about with the assistance of Hon. Emma Pepito, Committee on Socio and Cultural Affairs of Brgy Yati.

Camp Red in cooperation with the Municipality of Liloan will be hosting the 2nd Philippine Cutting competition on August 25, 2019 (Sunday) at the Panphil Frasco Memorial Sports Complex in Liloan Cebu. Events starts from 12pm to 6pm.

It hasn’t been long since Governor re-elect, Gwen Garcia announced the relaunching of the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo this 2019.

46 mayors of component cities and municipalities, have showed interest and intention of joining the said event. The event would showcase not only different festivals in Cebu but also what each municipalities can offer for the greater Cebu. Pasigarbo sa Sugbo is considered as the “festival of festival”.

In 2012, Liloan’s Rosquillos Festival was hailed as the grand champion of the ritual dance competition. Would 2019 be another repeat victory? Let’s all hope for the best.
